Email support@zipkee.ai and we'll get back to you. We aim to reply within one working day. Zipkee is operated by Surepath Systems India Private Limited, Chennai, India. For anything about a live order, please include your order number so we can find it quickly.
HELP WITH AN ORDER
You can track any order in the Zipkee app under Orders, which shows the restaurant's progress and your rider's location in real time. If an order arrives late, incomplete, or not as expected, use Help & support in the app or email us — refunds and cancellation fees follow the policy set out in our Terms of Use, which depends on how far along the order was when it was cancelled.
RESTAURANT PARTNERS
Restaurants on Zipkee can reach the partner team at support@zipkee.ai for help with menus, operating hours, payouts, or the Zipkee for Restaurants app. If you'd like to list your restaurant on Zipkee, use the "Partner with us" form on our home page.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your Zipkee account from inside the app at any time — in the customer app, open your profile and choose Delete account; in Zipkee for Restaurants, open Settings and choose Delete account. Deleting erases your name, phone number, email, saved addresses and saved payment methods, and signs you out everywhere. Past orders and their receipts are retained because tax and settlement rules require it, but they no longer carry your personal details. You can sign up again later with the same phone number. If you can't access the app, email support@zipkee.ai with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll action it within 30 days.
